Äppelträdgården collaboration began with an apartment building on Vävskedsgatan in Lunden, which we built together to prove that it was possible to create attractive apartments at a reasonable cost.
Project construction began in May of 2017 and was carried out till turn-key result in March 2018. Attractive apartments made with the highest quality from the first sketch until the first resident receives his keys. From the beginning of construction, it took us 17 months to build apartments for 68 families in a residential area.
